Terence John Aldridge (John) - Director (RETIRED)
John founded the company in 1964 and built it up into a thriving business. He is retired these days and living his best life. John's favourite job was always roofing and would still be up there today, were he to be allowed. A keen follower of football, he is an avid Luton Town Football Club supporter.
Robin Aldridge (Rob) - Managing Director
Rob is John's son and took over the running of the company when John took his retirement. He works very hard to keep the business thriving. Rob is in charge of obtaining new contracts, estimation works and ensuring the current ones run on time and to budget. Rob is Gas-Safe qualified. Rob is father to Tyler, both of whom are avid Luton Town FC and Manchester United supporters and they try to get to as many home games as they can.
Michael Hurley (Mike) - Health & Safety Consultant
Mike specialises in Health & Safety matters and deals with HR issues for the company. In his spare time, he does gardening work for Help the Aged charity. He has also been known to don a pair of overalls and grab a paintbrush to help out when staff is short. Also a keen football fan, Mike supports his native Sheffield United, but can also be found on the terraces of Luton Town Football Club with the family.
Chrissy Fielding - Financial Administrator
Chrissy has been with the company since 2020 and works part time to keep on top of all the invoices, payroll and all other financial matters. A keen socialite, Chrissy loves walking, going to concerts and plays and spending time with her husband, children, step-children and various grandchildren. An excellent baker, Chrissy loves making and decorating cakes for special occasions.
Sarah Lynch - Office Administrator
Sarah has been with the company since October 2017. Sarah works 4 days a week, sorting out the administration of the office and making sure everyone is fed. A keen tennis player in her spare time, Sarah also loves attending concerts and comedies and combines all three by guest singing with the tennis club band.
John Wray - Contracts Manager / Carpenter
John has been with the company since 1987 and has been promoted from contractor to Contracts Manager. John loves working with his hands and is an excellent carpenter, although can turn his hand to any job, as can the rest of the team. John also helps out with estimating. He is IPAF qualified. He loves spending time with his partner and family and enjoys travelling and cooking.
Steve Hobbs - Carpenter
Steve has been with the company since 1998 and works as a team with John Wray on the various maintenance jobs which arise with our contracts. He is also IPAF qualified and a professional carpenter who can turn his hand to any job. Steve loves spending time with his wife and family and also volunteers to help disabled and special needs children/adults when he can.
Steve Jones - Plumber
Steve has been with the company since 1984 and works as a team with James to fix various plumbing issues which arise with our contracts. He is Gas-Safe qualified. Steve can turn his hand to most maintenance jobs and is the go-to man for the call out work received through Client help desk. Steve is a keen quizzer and music lover. He also supports Luton Town FC and regularly travels to Wigan to watch his favourite rugby team.
James Duguid - Plumber
James has been with the company since 2003 and works as a team with Steve Jones to fix plumbing issues which arise with our contracts and like Steve can turn his hand to most maintenance issues. A keen football player and fitness fanatic, James loves all kinds of sport. He loves spending time with his wife and children and the occasional stag do!
